TikTok

TikTok Shop is an e-commerce feature of the video hosting service TikTok. The shopping feature enables brands and creators to showcase and sell products directly on TikTok through Livestreams. When it officially launched in September 2023, What Media was one of their launch partners.

What Media were approached by TikTok to be a delivery partner or TikTok shopping partner (TSP), delivering video commerce solutions from our studios for a number of well known brands.

What Media and TikTok worked in collaboration to ensure the success of the TikTok Shop in the UK.

We produced a range of livestreams, for Online Home Shop, SianMarie and Gym+Coffee.
